Download: Photek - "No Agenda"

A few hours ago we brought you a full stream of Photek's installment to the DJ-Kicks series.  Now you can listen to or download one of his own tracks featured on the mix entitled "No Agenda".  Yet another testament to his diverse abilities, the track is in a slow 4/4 tempo and sits somewhere between techno and trance without ever really tipping fully into one genre. Stream: Photek – DJ-Kicks

We've long been fans of Photek's ever-morphing music production sensibilities. Throughout the years, transitioning from Drum & Bass to tech-house to dubstep, the talented veteran has also progressed into an eclectic DJ with diverse sets.  His contribution to the DJ-Kicks series, which you can stream below in its entirety, is a testament to both his productions skills (it features 6 of his own tracks) and his DJing abilities.  The mix also includes such Red Cup favorites as Pinch, Sepalcure and and Synkro.

Watch: Gold Panda - "Marriage" Live

We are renound Gold Panda fans here at Red Cup and have been so since his very first releases.  On the latest issue (3-11) of the excellent Slices Magazine we caught a brief glimpse into the mindset of the British artist, known for his modesty and for being soft-spoken, in which he states that performing live was never part of the plan but developed out of necessity.  We're perplexed by this because Gold Panda's live performances number among the most intriguing one-man electronic music sets with many elements reconstructed and well-adapted for the live environment.  Watch him perform "Marriage" live in London this past October below and you'll see what we mean.  Don't forget to check out his DJ-Kicks mix as well, which also demostrates his unique DJing skills as well:
